What are the requirements?

All of our puzzles can be solved through logic and teamwork. No previous knowledge or physical strength is required to complete the missions.

What are our opening hours?

Our “opening times” refer to our booking times and are therefore not regular “opening times”. On days when we have no bookings, it can happen that nobody is on site.

Is it the same as an adventure room?

Adventure Room is not a generic term, but a company name. They also offer escape rooms, just like us.

Can we also play in duel mode?

No. Our rooms are built as a “complete room” and have a story behind them. It doesn’t make sense if a group starts at the end of the story.

How many players can play?

Depending on the theme room, between 2 and 6 people per room can take part. Groups of up to 42 people can book several rooms at the same time. In this case, please fill out the contact form or send us an inquiry to: info@mission-escape.ch

We are a group of 7, can we still all play together in one room?

That’s fine. Simply note 7 people in the “Comments” field when booking online.

How can I cancel a reservation?

Simply write us an email with the booking information to: info@mission-escape.ch

What happens if we are late?

In order to ensure that the game runs smoothly for the following groups as well, we may have to deduct game time from you if you arrive late.
We apologize for any inconvenience. In this case, it is best to give us a short call: +41 44 500 28 48

Is there an age restriction?

Children under the age of 12 are only allowed to play when accompanied by an adult. Parents are welcome to join in, wait or pick up the children after an hour. A game master is always on site.

What to do in case of emergency or fear in locked rooms?

Right next to the door is an emergency button that can be used to open the door at any time, so that in an emergency you can leave the room without outside help. A game master is always present.

We are less or more people than indicated in the booking.

If you do not exceed the minimum or maximum number of people per room, this is not a problem. The price simply adapts to the number of people.

I have not received a confirmation email.

Check your spam folder again. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 12 hours, contact us.

How long does a game last?

Each group has 60 minutes to collect clues and solve the puzzles to complete the mission successfully. You should plan about 1.5 hours including an introduction and debriefing.

How can we pay?

You can pay on site in cash or by card (everything except Postcard)

Where can we park our car?

Visitor parking spaces can be found directly in front of the house or in the immediate vicinity.

How can I book?
